There is perhaps no better way to captivate an audience than through the lens of a camera. Animals and ecosystems below the ocean’s surface remain out of sight for most people, so underwater images help to reveal their beauty and vulnerability. Visual media can tell vivid, compelling narratives, evoking emotional responses and spurring viewers to take action.
